Set your own password
The password you were given is a way in, not a password — it traveled through a message somewhere. Choose your own and nobody else has ever known it.
At least 12 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a symbol or space. Not one of your last ten passwords, and without your name or email address in it. A few words you will remember, with those in them, beats a short jumble.
Now two-step sign-in. It means a stolen password is not enough to get into your listings, and it takes a minute.
Point your authenticator app at this square — in Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, choose "scan a QR code".
Cannot scan it? Type the key instead
Enter it as a "setup key". The spaces are only there to make it readable.
Write these down now. Each one gets you in once if you lose your phone, and they are not shown again.

Your products
These have no marketplace category yet. Select them and click List the selected - for eBay or Etsy, each gets the best fit for its title, and is then in that category here.
Find and replace
Change a word or phrase in the titles or descriptions of your active products - a misspelled brand, or "NIP" to "New in package". Preview shows every product it would change; nothing changes until you click Replace.

Scan stock
Scan each item - with a barcode scanner, your phone's camera, or by typing its barcode or SKU and pressing Enter. Each scan counts one; nothing changes until you click Save.

Bring in products from a spreadsheet
Your inventory list from Excel or Google Sheets, as .xlsx or CSV: the first sheet, with the column names in its first row. Rows with the same title become one product with a variant each (Color, Size). A SKU you already have is updated rather than added twice, and a blank cell leaves what is there.

Marketplace categories
Your products from eBay, grouped by their eBay category. Choose once where each group goes on another marketplace, and that category's listing profile builds just those products. You can choose from the categories you added under Templates & Profiles.
| eBay category | Products | Already placed | Put them in |

Product
Open in a new tabVariants — one per thing a buyer can choose. The SKU lives here.
Listed on a marketplace as...
The variant keeps ONE SKU. Only where a live listing already knows it by another spelling, say what that marketplace calls it - stock, orders and updates then reach that listing. Leave it empty and the marketplace uses the SKU.
Select the values you sell. Every combination becomes a variant with its own suggested SKU; ones you already have are left as they are.
Photos
Scan this with your phone's camera, then take pictures. They appear here as they arrive.
The link only adds photos to this product, and stops working after 20 minutes, when you press Stop, or when you close the product. Anyone who scans it before then can add photos, so do not share it.
Video
One video for the product, MP4 or MOV, up to 95 MB - a minute or less is what buyers watch. It goes with Send to eBay (on a listing without choices; buyers see it in eBay's app) and to Etsy. Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop take a video in their own Seller Center. It is sent as the file you add: if your phone records where a video was taken, that goes with it.
Personalization
Etsy shows the box and adds your extra charge when the buyer writes in it. eBay asks for it where the category offers personalization, with no extra charge - to charge for it there, add a choice instead (an option Personalization: None / Add name, each with its price). A font is a choice too: add an option Font (Script, Block...) under Variants, and price each one.
List your products
Choose a marketplace, select the products to list, give them a category, then Check. Nothing is sent until you press Approve, Send or Download the upload file.

Etsy categories
Etsy has no template to download: ZoraLister asks Etsy what a category needs - its fields, which are required, and the values each one takes - and keeps Etsy's answer as it was given. Search for your category, then add it.

For a marketplace that takes a file, write an upload file and upload it there. Etsy and eBay are sent straight to your shop from the Listings page instead, as live listings.

Photos you have published
Marketplaces do not accept a photo file: they want a web address and collect the picture themselves. So ZoraLister publishes each photo at a temporary address for the marketplace to collect - there is nothing for you to paste. While a link is alive, anyone who has the address can see that photo without signing in — so they expire, and you can take them down here. One on a live eBay listing ZoraLister sent keeps working until the listing has ended: taking it down here can take that photo off the listing too.
Connect eBay to ZoraLister for Windows
Only continue if you pressed Connect eBay in ZoraLister for Windows on your own computer in the last few minutes. If someone sent you this page, close it: your eBay connection would go to their computer.
eBay's own page asks you to sign in and allow it. Then this page shows a code to type into ZoraLister for Windows, and your eBay connection goes to it - kept on your computer, not here.
Your account
Download everything
Every product and variant as a spreadsheet (CSV), every photo and file exactly as you gave it to us, and all your records - one zip file, yours to keep. ZoraLister puts it together in the background; you can leave this page while it does.
ZoraLister for Windows
The installer is not signed yet, so Windows first shows "Windows protected your PC": click More info, then Run anyway. It installs for you alone, needs no administrator, and keeps your products on this PC. The Windows guide walks through it. Up to ten downloads an hour; if one fails, try again later.
Where do you sell?
ZoraLister reminds you of what is still to set up for these, and nothing for the rest.

Connect a marketplace to bring your listings in and send new ones. The others work with their upload file, on the Listings page.
More
What it can do. ZoraLister can see your eBay listings and settings, and - only when you press Approve on Approvals and confirm eBay's fee, or Send on the Listings page - create a listing from a product you checked. It reads your orders for your sales on Home - the items sold, never who bought them. It changes a listing it sent only when you approve the change, and never ends or deletes one. The access key is stored encrypted, and it is deleted when you disconnect. You can also remove it on eBay itself: Account, Security center, Third-party app access.
Do these eBay accounts sell the same products, or different ones? Each listing still goes to only one of them.
Either way, each listing goes to ONE of them, the one you choose beside eBay on the Listings page: eBay does not allow the same item listed from two of your accounts. With different products, a product already on one of them is offered for that one.

What it can do. ZoraLister can see your shop and your listings, and - only when you press Approve on Approvals and confirm, or Send on the Listings page - put a listing you approved live in your shop (Etsy charges its listing fee as it goes live). It reads your shop's receipts for your sales on Home - the items sold, never who bought them. It changes a listing that is already live only when you approve the change, and never deletes one. The access key is stored encrypted, and it is deleted when you disconnect. You can also remove it on Etsy itself, in your account settings under Apps.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Blockers
Keep products off a marketplace - for example a brand that enforces its trademark, or after an IP complaint. A blocked product is not listed or sent there by ZoraLister: its listing shows the reason and cannot be approved or sent (a listing already live there is ended on the marketplace itself). Only your account sees these.
ZoraMaker
If you make your products in ZoraMaker, it can send them here with Send to ZoraLister - they arrive on Your products, marked From ZoraMaker, ready for you to choose categories and list. Make a key here and paste it into ZoraMaker. Use the same email in ZoraMaker as here: a key for a different ZoraLister account is refused, so a product never lands in the wrong one. A key lets ZoraMaker add and update its products here - their stock follows ZoraMaker - and see, by SKU, which marketplaces your products are on (and which of your Blockers stops one, with your reason). It cannot list, delete, or reach anything else.
Copy this key into ZoraMaker now - it is shown only once.
Passkeys
Sign in with Face ID, your fingerprint or Windows Hello instead of typing a password and a six-digit code. Add one on each phone or computer you use.
This browser cannot make passkeys. Try Safari on an iPhone or Mac, Chrome on Android or a computer, or Edge on Windows.
Write these down now. Each one gets you in once if you lose this device. They are not shown again.
Sign in with your Google account instead of typing your password. Your passkey or six-digit code is still asked for after it, as always - so turn on one of them first.
Two-step sign-in
Point your authenticator app at this square. In Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, choose "scan a QR code".
Cannot scan it? Type the key instead
Enter this in your app as a "setup key". Capital letters and digits only — there are no spaces in it, they are only here to make it readable.

Change your password
At least 12 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a symbol or space. Not one of your last ten passwords, and without your name or email address in it. You can change it once a day at most, and it needs changing once a year.
